Les Sapiro, a 17 year member of the Company, died Sunday, August 29, 2010, in a tragic motorcycle accident.

His son, Stephen, composed the verse below in honor of his father.

On the Day I Left You

On the day I left you, I was happy. I loved and

was loved by so many.

On the day I left you, I was strong. Age bore

no relevance to the vitality of my spirit.

On the day I left you, I was free. I had you in

my heart and the sun on my face.

On the day I left you, I was lucky. I had seen

my life continuing in the eyes of my children

and grandchildren.

On the day I left you, I was rich. There is no

greater wealth than the journey I shared with

my wife.

On the day I left you, I took love, happiness

and peace with me, and put pain and regret

aside.

On the day I left you, I left you each other, and

my love to bind you together.

Be sad for each other, but not for me.

On the day I left you…

I was loved.
